Tiffini is President and Managing Partner of West Coast Commercial Realty (WCCR) with offices in WA and CA. In addition to ownership and management, she is an award-winning commercial real estate broker and industry advocate, including the following:• 17-time annual Seattle/Puget Sound CoStar Power Broker — the most awarded to an individual broker in the retail sector in this market. 18-time quarterly CoStar Power Broker award winner.• A 2016 Bisnow "Power Woman" in their first ever Seattle edition of Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate.• Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) Board Member since 2016 — the largest commercial real estate member-organization in the United States. Actively serving on the Exec Committee.• 2020 CBA Board Chair. Her company currently represents several million square feet of commercial space on an exclusive basis, plus dozens of sought-after and high-profile tenants.She is a guest lecturer at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business, a mentor for UW's Aspire Program through the College of Built Environments, and NAOIP's retail sector mentor and judge for their collegiate Real Estate Challenge. She has been an expert panelist for industry-related organizations such as CCIM, the Appraisal Institute, the Commercial Brokers' Association, the Downtown Seattle Association, the WA Mortgage Brokers Association and The Massimo Group. She is licensed in WA and CA and is a 1994 graduate of the University of Washington.
