I currently work within the Mental Health Team at HMP Styal, providing end-to-end administrative support that keeps clinical care safe, timely, and well-documented. Day to day, I manage referrals and shared mailboxes, book and track clinics, prepare and minute MDT meetings, maintain accurate electronic health records, process gate passes and security-cleared visits, and produce KPIs/audit data to support service performance and governance. I’m meticulous about information governance, confidentiality, and risk-sensitive communication in a complex, fast-paced environment.Previously, I supported vulnerable clients in both recovery/mental health settings and in financial wellbeing roles. That background sharpened my skills in empathetic communication, problem-solving, de-escalation, and person-centred support—strengths I now apply to ensure clinicians have the right information, at the right time, to deliver effective care.I hold a BSc (Hons) in Criminology & Psychology and I’m motivated to continue progressing within forensic and mental health services—particularly in roles where robust admin, data, and coordination directly enhance patient outcomes.
