About me? It's always hard to articulate "all the things". So, I have to start with transparency. Authenticity and integrity mean EVERYTHING to me. I have to bring my most authentic, compassionate, outcome driven self every time I show up. I'm not just another stuffy professional; I bring diversity of thought and challenge the status quo. I've honed a unique approach that seamlessly integrates empathy, innovation, and efficiency.because.I love what I do! My zones of expertise are employee onboarding (all staff levels) and reducing time to competency, be it new employee orientation or upskilling to meet strategic goals and initiatives. I specialize in building comprehensive programs that seamlessly immerse new hires into the organizational fabric. The primary focus of my team and I is to ensure each employee embarks upon their learning journey with confidence, clarity, and most importantly, a solid foundation. Orchestrating impactful programs to upskill employees can be challenging, but my innate ability to build relationships primes the environment for collaboration and innovation that will help achieve the goals of teams and the business. I am a servant leader that believes in empowering employees. I've taken pride in supporting my team (and peers) to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of continuous/quality improvement and knowledge sharing. I absolutely thrive in collaborative spaces with cross-functional teams. I do so by listening to employees, thought partnering, identifying training needs, and supporting the development of curriculum. Through facilitation, training, and instructional design, I've honed my L&D skills of preparing, executing, and evaluating employee education programs using ADDIE and Kirkpatrick Evaluation models. In my current role as a project manager, I focus on measuring the impact of learning initiatives using level 4 metrics that are directly tied to my oversight of the design and development of new and existing learning assets. Currently, I am studying for PMP certification. I am excited to continue my journey in transforming colleagues and organizations through strategic learning interventions and performance consultations.
