About Tigran Balayan

I am a Senior Software Engineering Manager with a deep, hands-on background in engineering — not just development. Development delivers features; engineering shapes systems, solves problems that seem impossible, and redefines what a platform can do.I operate at a level where complexity isn’t just handled — it’s anticipated and leveraged. I design systems that perform under pressure, scale gracefully, and coordinate many moving parts in ways most people wouldn’t attempt. When existing tools and patterns fall short, I create new ones.My work isn’t about polished interfaces or fast websites alone. It’s about crafting products that unlock new possibilities, deliver real business value, and redefine what users and organizations can achieve.Software engineering is like an undiscovered kind of magic. The deeper you explore, the more possibilities emerge — and the more you realize most people never venture far enough to see them. I enjoy being in that space, turning complexity into clarity, and making the impossible routine. That’s the way I operate as an engineer and lead as an Engineering Manager: I love guiding my teams toward this approach, where there are no boundaries and everything is possible.
