I am currently a QC Supervisor at Pioneer Foods SA and have worked in both in quality control and assurance as well as food safety. As QC Supervisor I am mainly responsible for review of non-conforming stock, conducting GMP and hygiene inspections, conducting internal audits, participating in problem solving and root cause analysis, preparation of COAs required, conducting investigations for the resolution of customer complaints, partaking in initiated mock recall and traceability exercise, calibration and verification of equipment, preparing and partaking in sensory evaluations, follow and enforce GLPs, maintain lab chemical stock and professional supervision of subordinates. My previous roles mainly involved movement of stock, microbiological contaminant control, quality related training and document reviews, testing as well as controlling of packaging & finished products.
