Graduated (Bachelor of Business Administration) in 2012 from the Highschool of Arnhem and Nijmegen in the Netherlands. Afterwards started as (Assistant) Controller for various legal entities in the Netherlands (all within Institut de Selection Animale B.V.) and assisting the Finance Director with the administration and consolidation of the legal entities outside the Netherlands.Also worked as temporary Controller in USA for 5 months and after that started as Global Key User ERP. Experienced with implementing new ERP Systems (MTech, AX2012R3, D365F & O) in various countries, mainly for the Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report processes. Afterwards the linking pin between IT and the Business and responsible for Global Master Data within Hendrix Genetics and besides that working as Project Manager for implementing D365F & O in our smaller operating companies within Hendrix Genetics worldwide.Was managing an international team of 8 business applications specialists and responsible for all business applications worldwide within Hendrix Genetics.After this, I moved back from IT to the business as Business Excellence System Manager to manage an international team of Global Key Users within Hendrix Genetics, with focus on standardization of the usage of ERP and with a focus on process improvement.I am a team player with focus on improvement (and fun) and I do speak the language of both business and IT.My motto:"Alone you are going faster, but together you stay stronger"
