With over a decade of experience in the industry, I have built a reputation for leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence across a variety of business functions. At Flying Squirrel Sports, I have steadily progressed through the ranks, starting as an Assistant Manager before advancing to become a General Manager and overseeing operations for two parks. From there, I took on the role of Area Manager for six parks before being promoted to my current position as Corporate Customer Service Manager, where I am responsible for resolving escalated customer service issues for 12 trampoline parks across the United States and Canada. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage complex operations, and drive sustainable growth.
