A well-rounded executive, I've enjoyed everything from founding a company to taking out the trash and everything in between. Work is seen a meditation which requires full attention and entails not allowing distractions to interfere. Solving sales and marketing problems is a forte, but there have many occasions when the mundane jobs such setting up business systems have been essential (and frequently fascinating). Dealing with the public has (mostly) been a pleasure and developing staff efficiency and loyalty has been a focus. My father (a terrific businessman) used to say,"You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar" and I've found this to be true.
