I have over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, where I have been a leader, investor, and advisor for innovative and impactful businesses. As the Head of Perth Office at UBS, I drive the growth and performance of the firm's operations in Western Australia, a key market for the global financial institution. I hold the credentials of Chartered Accountant (CA) and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and I have completed the Leading Across Boundaries program at the University of Oxford. My core competencies are in mergers and acquisitions, investments, and finance, which I have applied in various roles and sectors. Before joining UBS in 2018, I co-founded and directed View Street Partners, a boutique financial services company that facilitated all aspects of growth for early-stage companies with great ideas. I screened hundreds of potential partners, and backed only the most promising and aligned ones, collaborating with them for 3-5 years. I also built and nurtured a culture of integrity, experience, innovation, excellence, and partnership, reflecting my own values and vision.
