I enjoy learning about a customer’s business, and then working with the customer on programs to bring the business to the next level. I manage programs and projects that matter to the business. To accomplish this, I focus on key results, building a strong team and adapting to new insights. I have had the opportunity to manage programs and projects at multiple companies in varied industries over the years, and have learned the following about myself: I can successfully manage programs and projects of all sizes up to multi-million dollar, multi-year programs • I put the customer first and always try to understand the customer’s perspective • I excel at delivering large programs while staying within the given restraints • My gut instinct is good but I always temper it with data to drive decisions I can align, lead and grow world class project teams from 10-100 people • I love to succeed but that success is only possible by making the entire team successful • I speak both exec and tech • I tell great customer-centric narratives that motivate • The buck always stops with me I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person • I am always learning because there is always something else to know • I stay calm when faced with adversity • I focus on making high quality decisions I enjoy meeting new people and learning perspectives.
