About Tim Baldee

As the hospitality and tourism industry got a kick start I'm looking for a cooperating position at an informal outdoor and/or sports business. After many years of experience and work in the hospitality and catering industry in executive positions in formal and informal enviroments my professional interest has shifted. In my spare time I'm whole year around more often outside then inside because of hobbies and interest in nature and the care for it. So I decided that I want to persevere the interest also in my professional life. At the moment I'm flexible regarding work site, so I'm also open to positions abroad. I am ambitious and a people person with an eye for detail and open and energetic view to people and enviroment. Through my hospitality and catering work history I gained and enhanced a helicopter view in my work, surroundings and team. Next to that I take swift action when needed, connect and motivate collegues and I do not loose sight of the commercial element. I prefer to work pragmatic and in a team, I think forward and not only in the present day and I'm not scared to stumble and try again. When the team is motivated and ignites each other through for example passions and enthousiasm I am at my best.
