Tim provides consulting on technology solutions and digital innovation. As a consultant focusing on digital innovations and solutions, Tim provided support and consulting for digital strategies, managed the development and launch of multiple large hospital websites, advised on best practices for SEO, performance optimization and complex systems integration, provided architecture and app dev support for the development of large intranet sites, and was the architect of a mobile app downloaded by over users. Tim was formerly CEO of Joyya US PBC. Joyya US PBC is the sole US distributor of high quality bags and apparel for promotional, packaging and decorator needs. Joyya US was spun off of Freeset USA as a new for-profit Public Benefit Corporation (P.B.C.) that is part of the international Joyya family with companies in New Zealand and India. Joyya has one ambitious goal: to spark opportunity where little is found until they see an end to the horrors of extreme poverty and human trafficking. Tim was also CEO at Freeset USA. Freeset USA is a non-profit distributor for two social enterprise businesses: Freeset Bags & Apparel and Freeset Fabrics. Through the distribution of tees and accessories, they are providing a new approach for confronting trafficking and prostitution through sustainable business. Tim was V.P. of Technology for Definity Partners, now part of Clark Schaefer Hackett. Definity Partners was a business improvement firm that implements process, organizational and technological improvements to deliver rapid results. After joining Freeset USA, Tim remained part of the Clark Schaefer Hackett team in his role as Key Account Executive, Healthcare. Prior to joining Definity Partners, Tim was CEO with Libertas Technologies, LLC, a technology solutions provider that works with companies to build custom software solutions so that their business can run more effectively and efficiently. Tim has over 25 years of application architecture, application development, consulting, and management experience with various technologies and industries assisting companies in integrating modern technologies into their core business. Tim is a client focused, results-oriented team player with wide-ranging experience as a leader, manager, consultant, solutions architect, software developer, writer, and speaker and has lead the growth of two successful companies that were sold as part of a strategic expansion plan. Has authored/co-authored 6 books for imprints such as PrepLogic, Pearson, QUE, SAMS and New Riders.
