Over 20 years in senior roles at Novartis, including as CFO of Sandoz Generics in Vienna, Austria. Have lived eight years in Europe (Switzerland, Austria and the United Kingdom). Extensive fundraising history, as well as restructuring and mergers and acquisitions background.Board experience includes Board member and Audit Committee Chair of Selecta Biosciences, Inc. and Board member of Vigilant Biosciences, a private company.
