About Tim Beekelaar

I'm the Head of Investor Relations for Indonesia’s largest industrial township developer, PT Jababeka Tbk with over 8 years of experience. My responsibilities include communicating with shareholders and the global financial community to develop and maintain positive relationships, implementing strategies directed at helping the company to achieve maximum value, and closely monitor and disseminate timely communication of any relevant market information from financial analysts or media sources regarding the company, macro trends, and peers/competitors. One my most notable accomplishments include being the key person behind a successful Liability Management exercise in 2014. This exercise comprised of an exchange offer and consent solicitation through the issuance of Global Notes that reduced the company’s interest cost by roughly 400 bps. I have exceptional business and financial acumen and an in-depth understanding of the global capital markets. Having extensive experience in this field has enabled me to become an expert in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (International Marketing and Management) from the Hanzehogeschool in Groningen, the Netherlands.
