From designing the software that gathers the data, upgrading the systems it relies on, managing and training the teams that use it, analysing the very data itself and presenting it to business owners, I’ve overseen every step. With six years’ experience of in-house FileMaker development, my focus is on making a difference in workflow. Through focusing on efficiency & removing redundancy, I make business cheaper, insights easier, and everyone happier. I make sure my director has better knowledge than she ever dreamed possible about her business, in real-time, at the click of a button. On top of this, I’ve managed GPDR compliance, eCommerce integrations, paperless switches, softphone & VoIP upgrades, email security policies, diverse teams, demanding clients, and even more demanding directors.
