About Tim Beishuizen

Whereas it is about understanding Data Science, analyzing different datasets or designing state-of-the-art solutions, I am always striving to expand my knowledge in this world. Especially when I can combine this with my passion for helping and teaching others or any other social aspect involved. Therefore I chose to work at KPMG in 2019 as a Data Scientist and Consultant, in the Advanced Analytics and Big Data team. I am creating data science solutions such as an integrated machine learning platform on Azure or an automated accessibility scoring model for places in the Netherlands. These solutions are custom-made for clients that hire me for my expertise and in which I flourish by teaching them my methods. Before starting with my job at KPMG I graduated for two masters: Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering. During my studying I learned various aspects of the data science world with a focus on biomedical datasets. Besides my studying I often organise events or holidays for work, friends and family. I especially like to overcome new challenges, either in work (problems with Big Data), goals in life or simply trying out new things.
