About Tim Belinsky

I am currently a Director of Operations with over 10 years of experience in the medical technology and technology services industry at the crossroads with hybrid healthcare delivery. My background is in behavioral research, education and outpatient medical management. I became involved with medical technology and telemedicine at the outset of the COVID pandemic providing critical diagnostics and care to mostly vulnerable and homebound patients that needed care most. At the time it became evident that the strain and shortages of the hospital and healthcare system needed a hybrid solution which involved the coalescence of point-of-care services and remote technology to provide preventative care solutions and improve patient compliance, as well as to relieve the strained brick-and-mortar medical services industry. I have been driving the field operations arm of Ziphycare, a company which provides both technology solutions to clients and at-home services solutions to patients and communities, since its inception. I lead efforts to ensure that both hardware and software R&D aligns with practical field needs, and develop strategy and solutions to optimize logistics and healthcare delivery to our clients. I have trained both domestic and international medical teams and facilitated their day-to-day operations. ACCOMPLISHMENTS- I have successfully integrated FDA‑compliant medical devices into proprietary software systems while negotiating with vendors to reduce purchasing costs by over 25% annually- My work streamlining logistics workflows, deploying cloud‑based inventory systems, negotiating transportation contracts and coordinating multi‑site facility launches has driven operational savings of more than 35% in transportation costs and improved resource scalability across NY, NJ, and FL- Integrated telecommunications/IoT business platforms and solutions to optimize legacy administrative processes and cut costs by 45% in 2024 fiscal year.
