About Tim Benjamin
A former Olympic 400m athlete, I successfully transitioned out of the world of elite sport in 2009 into the leisure industry. Taking lessons from my time as an Olympian I started my first health club, Fitness Space, a result-driven health club solution focussed on getting its member's results through a comprehensive member journey process and technological offering. Alongside the development of Fitness Space brand, I started several other leisure facilities under seperate brands servicing different markets in the Berkshire and Greater London area. It was through this experience and process that I decided to grow the Fitness Space brand though a network of Franchise Owners across the UK. In addition to my involvement as Founder of Fitness Space, I am an active board member and Chief Product Officer of WithU, an audio based personal training App business founded in 2019.
