About Tim Bergquist

With over 15 years of experience in the IT and collaboration sector, I specialize in digital transformation and collaboration. I lead the Americas Unified Communications and Collaboration team at Danfoss, a global leader in engineering solutions. My mission is to enable our employees, customers, and partners to communicate and collaborate effectively and securely across different platforms and devices. In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the full scope of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Power Platform, and O365. I also support the integration of new businesses and technologies into our existing infrastructure, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition. Some of my recent achievements include facilitating the migration of over users to Teams and Teams Phone System, implementing a hybrid cloud solution for voice and contact center, and delivering a global unified communications strategy. I leverage my skills in digital transformation, M&A, and team management to deliver high-quality results and enhance user satisfaction.
