About Tim Bidey

I work alongside charities and social enterprises of all sizes and help them do more good. I support organisations to- design outcome-focused programmes, based on insight and evidence- measure, understand and evidence the impact of their work in ways that work for them; and - support organisations to learn and adapt I have variable rates and don't hide behind them. I'm on a mission to bring high quality design and evaluation support to the smallest corners of the charity sector, often where it can make the most difference. I have over ten years’ experience of working in and alongside the charity sector in a range of roles, from fundraising and project delivery, through to design, monitoring and evaluation, and as a charity trustee. Most recently I was Head of VCSE at the social impact consultancy, Traverse. My clients range from national and regional organisations such as Ageing Better in Camden, British Blind Sport, Crisis, Disability Rights UK, Mind, Prince's Trust and Sense, through to small charities and local community organisations.
