About Tim Biolchini

21 years of geotechnical and civil engineering and management of construction materials testing and inspection services. Much of my experience has been with highway and local roadway transportation, railways, infrastructure, local and federal government projects, commercial/residential development projects, and private developer projects. The last 8 years of my career have been focused on providing oversight on mega projects worth between $1 and $8 Billion Dollars. Specialties: Geotechnical Engineering, Bridges, Deep Foundations, Buildings, Asphalt and Concrete Pavements, Construction Materials Testing and Inspection, Soils and Structural Movement Forensics, Problematic Soils Mitigation, Subgrade Stabilization, Tunneling, Site Grading, Earthworks, Erosion Control, Drainage and development of and oversight of quality assurance/quality control plans.
