As a Senior Marine Engineer in the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN), I am applying my 30+ years of naval marine engineering and leadership experience to manage, coordinate, and develop new marine systems occupations. I hold a 2nd Class Power Engineer Certificate from Technical Safety BC, a Certified Engineering Technologist designation from ASTTBC, and a Marine Engineering Charge Certificate from RCN. I demonstrate exceptional leadership and program management skills, as well as a strong commitment to excellence and innovation. I have successfully undertaken many technical, operational, and strategic management positions within the Royal Canadian Navy, such as Formation Chief, Fleet Chief Petty Officer, Coxswain, Staff Officer Engineering, and Chief Engineer. I effectively interface and collaborate with internal and external team members, leveraging inclusive practices to deliver high-quality recommendations. I am enthusiastic about advancing the Marine Engineering profession and supporting the RCN's mission and vision.
