Background Tim has been a Realtor since 1991 where he began his career with Folk-Jordan. In 1994 he came to Crye-Leike and it seems he's found a home as he is still there. Tim has been ranked with the top 20% of Realtors in America and continually stays in the top 10% of approximately 2600 agents company wide. As well as being among the Top 5 agents in the Hendersonville office. Tim began pursuing Auctions in and since then has become a “Master Auctioneer” and is the Number One Auctioneer in the Crye-Leike organization as well as the Principal Auctioneer for the company. He has served his local association of Realtors as Chairman of the Member Services Committee, served on the Professional Ethics, Public Relations committees, and Chairman of the Governmental Affairs committee. He is a recipient of the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Awards of Excellence from the Sumner Association of Realtors where he was elected by his peers to serve as 2006 President. He is also a member of The National Auctioneer's Association and the Tennessee Auctioneer's Association. Tim teaches the Auction Method of Selling at all 21 Crye-Leike Offices and Crye-Leike College, and has been certified by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission to teach a four hour continuing education class on "How You Can Better Serve Your Clients' Best Interest with Real Estate Auctions."
