I’m a project and operations professional transitioning from U.S. Army Special Operations into the tech sector. Over the past four years, I’ve led high-stakes initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, aligned stakeholders, and built data-driven solutions that improved execution and outcomes. Throughout my career, I’ve managed cross-functional initiatives by designing resource management tools in Power BI, improving forecasting accuracy by 35%, and streamlining operations to save over $750K. I’ve also overseen multi-agency programs that secured more than $1M in additional funding. I focus on driving alignment, optimizing resources, managing risk, and ensuring successful delivery from planning through execution. Right now, I’m working toward my PMP certification (expected May 2025) to bridge my experience into the civilian world. I’m also expanding my technical foundation by studying software development, software testing with Jira, databases, and Python data visualization through Digital University.
