My experience spans over forty five years as a Realtor, who has also subdivided property, built custom homes and taught classes on real estate negotiating and Short Sales. I am experienced in marketed REO properties for banks. I am also licensed as an Attorney in California, and that training gives my clients more protection. As a licensed General Contractor, I help my clients understand construction while I "fix and flip" homes. I lead a team of Realtors, where the specialization of each team member can give better service than one over worked Realtor. I have written two books, Create A Great Deal, the Art of Real Estate Negotiating and Create a Short Sale, Your Guide Through the Short Sale Maze. My real estate negotiating class is approved by the NC Real Estate Commission for Realtor continuing education credit. Since I wrote the book on negotiating and I teach the subject, I can get you a better deal.
