Hello, I’m Tim. For 20+ years, I’ve enjoyed directing complex global product development, engineering, manufacturing, and product innovation initiatives for highly successful international brands. As Operations Manager for renowned appliance controls company Elan Industries, I contribute to the growth and success of the company by directing day-to-day operations, optimizing existing operational capabilities, and incorporating new ideas, processes, and technologies. As a servant leader, I take care of my delightful and deeply talented colleagues, who take great care of the company and our clients. Before joining Elan, I was Director of Global Product Innovation and Senior Product Engineer at Creata, an international marketing and product development agency. At Creata, I lead complex global product development and innovation projects for distinguished global companies, including McDonald’s, Coke Keebler, and Kellogg’s. On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my family. New ideas and business models intrigue me, so I like attending interesting events like SXSW and TechCrunch. I enjoy exploring design museums and visiting creative and stimulating cities like Austin, Tokyo, San Francisco, Shoreditch, Paris, NYC, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong.
