About Tim Callagy

I am currently responsible for helping Sitecore transition into a SAAS Services model by redefining our Services packages. I also manage a talented team of consultants focussing on value creation for our customers, tapping into my 15 years of customer facing experience in technical environments spanning various countries. I have completed an MBA in one of Europe’s leading business schools, giving me a solid grounding in management tools and methodologies to complement my technical experience. I have a deep understanding of financial, organizational, and commercial perspectives through the MBA that helps me focus on the costs and P&L for any given project. I have successfully completed many complex and customer specific projects, end to end, ensuring success and a happy customer. I have delivered projects into customers such as Google, Amazon, Facebook, AT & T, Telefonica, Ryanair, Emirates, and many more. I have a keen interest in innovation and have been involved in several startup projects.
