With over 32 years of experience in the funeral industry, I have developed a set of core competencies that include arranging and directing funeral services, embalming, cosmetizing, and making prearrangements. My mission is to provide compassionate and personalized care to the families and communities I serve, and to honor the dignity and legacy of their loved ones. As the owner and mortician of Carlin Family Funeral Service, I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a passion for art and creativity that enhances the quality and aesthetics of our services. Since 1996, I have been the owner and mortician of Carlin Family Funeral Service, a family-owned and operated business that offers a full range of funeral and cremation services. I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from managing the staff and finances, to coordinating with vendors and suppliers, to ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. I also perform all the technical and artistic tasks involved in preparing the deceased for viewing and burial, such as embalming, cosmetizing, dressing, and casketing. In addition, I work closely with the families to plan and conduct meaningful and personalized funeral ceremonies, and to assist them with the legal and administrative matters. I have successfully built a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and compassion in the industry, and have established long-term relationships with many of the families and organizations in the area. Some of the skills that I have acquired and demonstrated in this role are successful business ownership, senior services, embalming, customer service, communication, and leadership.
