As the Managing Director at Insurcomm, Inc, I am honored to help lead local (New England) and the national large loss teams, overseeing the delivery of emergency restoration services for fire and water damage mitigation, mold remediation, lead and asbestos abatement as well as reconstruction services. With over 25 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry, I have successfully managed and coordinated thousands of complex and high-value property claims for commercial, rental, and condominium/community associations. My core competencies include contract negotiation, claims consulting, project management, business development, and customer satisfaction. I hold the prestigious Master Restorer designation from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as well as Specialist designation in applied microbial remediation disciplines.
