With over three decades in the insurance industry, I am on a mission to transform how people experience insurance. As the founder of Chadwicks, I have built a boutique brokerage that removes complexity and delivers risk and insurance solutions with clarity and purpose. At Chadwicks, we believe insurance should be straightforward. This mindset has earned us the trust of our clients and established Chadwicks as a leading boutique insurance provider for over two decades. My career began in 1994 as a Commercial Consultant at Mutual & Federal, where I gained valuable insights into both the technical and human aspects of risk and insurance. Those early years revealed a gap in the industry – clients deserved more than transactional relationships with their brokers. In 2003, I founded Chadwicks to address this need by offering a purposeful, personalized and friendly approach to insurance. Today, our team of dedicated professionals combine insurance expertise with a passion for helping clients effectively manage their risks. While I am committed to continuous learning in all aspects of risk and insurance, my greatest fulfillment comes from mentoring my team and helping as many people as possible facilitate their insurance needs.
