Timothy R. Chitester is a Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states. His wide breadth of experience in the engineering, design and construction industry includes the resolution of construction disputes, construction claims, property loss and business interruption claims. Mr. Chitester has been directly engaged in design/build projects for commercial, institutional, and utility customers as both an engineering manager and project manager. Mr. Chitester is recognized as an expert on construction claims and has testified in federal court, state court, arbitration, ICC arbitration, ICDR arbitration, Canadian ADA, and the Chinese Arbitration Association. Mr. Chitester has been qualified as an expert and testified relating to matters of delay, disruption and loss of productivity, quantum analysis, construction management, contractor and engineer standard of care, business interruption period of restoration and the trade use of contracts.
