About Tim Cole
I am an "old hand" at Internet journalism, having been around since the late 80ies. At the hight of the Internet frenzy I co-hosted the TV show "eTalk" at n-tv, the German CNN affiliate. I have written a number of books about corporate Internet strategies and customer relationship management in the area of networking and the Web. In 2004, I co-founded the analyst group Kuppinger Cole + Partner, which focuses on issues of Digital ID and Identity Management. I do lots of public speaking and am a frequent moderator at national and international conferences and company events.
