About Tim Connoley

Tim is passionate about devising solutions to complex city shaping problems and projects. He does this based on an intimate knowledge of the development sector, the local economic landscape and global trends and best practice benchmarks. Given his background in economic development and commercial advisory, Tim is an urban economics and strategy lead which gives him exposure to private sector and government-led projects across the country. Tim has worked on many significant redevelopment and new community projects and is the incumbent advisor for major developers; helping to position projects as exemplars and support their timely approval and delivery. Furthermore, Tim has a particular interest in informing government investment and policy decision making. He regularly advises on major infrastructure projects, he is an expert advisor for policy and approval decision making authorities and he was an ongoing advisor for the WA State Government for the $1b per annum Royalties for Regions initiative.
