I've accomplished results through programs targeting Veteran/Military Spouse, diversity, early-career, university relations programs and also through effective/efficient employment branding to "Tell the story" to achieve your business goals. I've spent the last 20 years working with veterans and military spouses to gain employment opportunities by helping to translate competencies built by military service to the civilian workplace. Also working with civilians to understand military capabilities and how to evaluate them for the civilian workplace. I've worked to become the leader I wanted to have earlier in my career. Whether that is mentoring early-career talent, being an Individual Contributor SME or leadinging an experienced Talent Acquisition function, I help make people and companies successful. Working closely with stakeholders to implement talent acquisition strategies to fit the company's specific needs.
