I have extensive experience as a researcher and teacher at the Institute for European Law at KU Leuven. In that capacity I have defended my PhD on EU ordre public, which I've written under supervision of Prof. dr. Koen Lenaerts. I have been active in all aspects of academic life- I have published in major international fora, such as the European Law Review and the Yearbook of European Law- I have taught a variety of subjects in the field of EU law, both in English and in Dutch, at bachelor, master and advanced master level- I have supervised papers and succesfully coached international moot courts, in particular the ELMC- I have been involved in the various policy making bodies of my faculty and in the Educational Council of the KU Leuven Specialties: EU law (constitutional law, judicial protection, external relations)- teaching - research
