About Tim Creech

I'm NOT your typical Realtor! For over 25 years I served families and small business owners with their lending and banking needs. Now I use those unique relationship skills to help my clients with their real estate needs. My Team is here to help with all your questions to make the process stress free. Growing up in the Irish Hills area allowed me the opportunity to boat, fish, swim and enjoy our many incredible lakes. I also have been a real estate investor for over 27 years. This included helping form the Lenawee Area Rental Housing Assoc, and managing rental properties, property development, chairing the Madison Township Zoning Committee, and owning my own business in addition to my executive banking career. When you need a strong communicator, negotiator, and having someone who has the skills to close the sale, give me a call.or text me at (517) 612-9735. Specialties: Lake and Executive Homes, Negotiation, Divorce, and Finance questions.
