Over 25 years of successful healthcare/commercial laundry management at both the General Manager and Regional Manager levels including oversight of multiple facilities and in excess of $22 million in annual sales. Facilities include both for and non-profit and also union and non-union. Attributes and skills include: Financial Acumen: Full P&L and annual budget responsibilities with involvement in strategic planing and financial reporting to senior leadership. Purchasing authority for over $2 million. Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable. Sales and service: Authored/responded to RFP’s, negotiated contracts, attained and retained clients, provided customer service at the C Suite level, worked with board of directors and implemented a range of client retention initiatives. Operations/administration: Union negotiations, implemented successful cost saving and labor saving programs, excellent safety record including committee and policy formation, inventory management, multi – site production, distribution, and scheduling; workflow design and operational efficiency.
