For 20 years, I’ve led as COO, CHRO, and Co-CEO across nonprofits, startups, and B Corps from $1M to $30M. I began my career in Executive Director roles, wearing nearly every hat—fundraising, finance, HR, operations, marketing, legal, and board relations. That breadth became foundational for how I now move fluidly between roles and step in during times of significant change, connecting dots across functions to help organizations navigate growth, complexity, and change. Particularly, I thrive at the learning edge—where there’s no playbook and the challenge is turning visionary ideas into practical reality. I’ve scaled a nonprofit tech company from a one-room $4.5M shop to a $30M global organization, led acquisitions and spin-offs, launched an impact investment fund, and piloted workplace innovations like equity-based compensation, exponential onboarding, and talent acquisition in the age of AI. Whether the title is COO or CHRO, my approach is the same: bridging visionary strategy with practical systems, aligning people, purpose, and practice, and helping organizations build clarity and resilience.
