About Tim Daeleman

Tim Daeleman received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering - telecommunications from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium in 1998. After graduation he started working in the telecommunications management department of KPN Research. His initial research was in areas such as integrated management of multi-technology networks, service management and business process management. In 2003 he started working for TNO in business process (re-) design, enterprise data modelling and business process & IT alignment projects carried out for the Benelux telecom, defence & smart energy industry. He's acted as speaker at conferences, e.g. TM Forum Management World and as guest lecturer at the Delft University of Technology as part of the course coordinated by Dr. E. van Boven. In January 2014 Tim left TNO and started as Senior Consultant at Prodapt focusing purely on the telecom industry. The past few years his focus has been on programmable telecoms, APIs, CPaaS and business voice solutions. Next to that he has been working as (certified PSPO I) Product Owner and team member in various Scrum Agile organisations and contributed to transforming organisations towards an Agile way of working. In 2024 he renewed his TM Forum Open Digital Framework certifications and also obtained certification for TM Forum AI courses.
