Acquisition and consulting of different professional services. From Asbestos and Mold testing, FLIR moisture analysis, Civil Engineering, Structural engineering, Architectural and Commercial Roofing Manufacturers, to Public insurance adjusters and expert witness/legal counsel. Project management of multiple projects with crews ranging in size from 5-50. Management and procurement of multiple trades on the job site. Organization and timeline management for all phases of construction. Extensive knowledge with large loss insurance adjusters on properties from 25 squares to +. Ability to interpret scaled blue print/drawings (prints), change order models and construction peripherals on multiple trades.
