About Tim Davies

Experienced Chief Executive Officer, working with people who live with Learning Disabilities and Autism. My career has spanned Mental Health services including counselling, drop in services, residential care and support, Substance Misuse, Advocacy, Visual impairment support and Housing in the Voluntary and Community sector, Health and Social Services. I'm absolutely passionate about access and equality! I'm no longer surprised by the skills and capacities that the people we support so often display. I know my organisation is only as good as the people I work with and I work with some excellent people! As a leader I'm introverted but entirely willing to join my extravert colleagues to promote our work and growth. Our charity - Camphill Milton Keynes provides: Accommodation and support for over 70 individuals with Learning disabilities and Autism Meaningful work in the form of our workshops including Theatre / Drama, Horticulture, Creative Arts, Textiles, Journalism, Music, Technology, a beautiful and very poplar vegetarian Cafe.
