About Tim Day

After the year 2020, I knew I couldn’t just jump back into the career plan I had before. When I heard about the Feminine Recession and the impact on diverse groups who have always been hit the hardest, I knew I wasn’t the only one who was fed up with business-as-usual. I was ready to take some chances to find a team that does business from a place of purpose and build a career that aligns with my life goals and my values. I believe I’ve found that team with fwd@rEvolution! It’s a great feeling to know that my voice is valued here and my presence is helping to make the marketing industry more reflective of our society. As a Project Manager with fwd@rEvolution, I get to do what I’m really good at and build my schedule around my life. Currently, I am working on projects for Troy Technologies and speechIRL. I am leveraging my skill set, including what I have learned from my previous positions in retail, sales, management, operations, and production. One of the things I’m excited about is the process of transitioning out of a more “traditional” job into a space where I can be more independent—along with a group of others doing the same thing. I’m not going it alone as a freelancer because I have a community of other Revolutionaries to lean on, and I have opportunities to both give and receive support. I genuinely have a hard time putting in to words what this position means to me. I've always wanted a job where I felt like I was contributing to the world or helping on a community level, not just filling an unseen CEO's pockets. I am so grateful to not only work with an incredible team, but our clients as well, these smaller businesses that are out there changing the world!
