About Tim de Lang

I’m a lead software engineer working with React and related technologies. I help develop a GUI for a low-code platform. Here my jobs ranges from designing a feature, creating/analyzing an algorithm, implementing features / fixing bugs, customer support and guiding or supporting my colleagues. At my current job I’ve been teaching React and the tools to work in my team to newcomers to the field. The training also includes JavaScript, Typescript, Redux, RxJS, and unit testing with Jest and Enzyme. My job is to take people who maybe haven’t programmed much in their life to a point where they’re able to join a professional software team. At my current company I coach my colleagues and I help them set up their professional goals and support hem in achieving those goals. I have a background in User Experience design. As such I am a mentor to UI/UX colleagues. Helping with specific knowledge and experience and to make sure we do not lose sight of the end user. I’ve given many technical presentations for audiences ranging from analysts to software engineers and managers. I have professional experience with C# and Angular.
