About Tim de Roo
Tim de Roo grew up in the hospitality world in the countryside of the Netherlands. He took his first steps in the hospitality industry doing the dishes and later on grew into jobs with more guest contact. That is where he found his passion for creating the perfect experience for guests and co-workers. After working in Australia for a year he went to the city Utrecht where he has been working at the Kartfabrique for 5 years now. Within the Kartfabrique he started as an intern an is now the CEO. He is always looking for ways to improve himself and the organisation and prepare them for the future. His passions are guest experience, hospitality, improvement of processes or anything out of my comfort zone.
