About Tim Devane

My day job is guiding others through buying, selling, and investing in real estate. I actively invest as well. I love this work because I love people. I love houses too, and I invest a lot of time in education on homes, construction materials, renovation, design, city codes, etc. but the reality is I’m in the people business. The more I invest in meaningful relationships, the more I see my business continue to thrive. My clients enjoy a premier level of service because I work closely with a hand-picked team of the best contractors, stagers, photographers, and inspectors in the industry. All towards the end of netting more money and less stress. Prior to real estate, I spent a decade developing leaders in a ministry context and that’s still a primary passion of mine.
