With over 17 years of experience in the cash management and security industry, I am a passionate and dedicated Branch Manager at Loomis US currently located in Hawaii. I have a proven track record of improving processes, training and coaching employees, and maintaining customer relations. I am also a certified DPSST Armed Security Professional and a former sworn Reserve Police Officer, which demonstrate my commitment to safety, integrity, and service. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team that shares the Loomis core values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. As the Branch Manager for five Loomis branches in Hawaii, I oversee the daily operations, staff, and performance of the company. I am responsible for creating and managing schedules, monitoring overtime levels, and reviewing route efficiency. I also recruit, interview, and train new employees, as well as coach and mentor existing ones. I ensure that all employees follow the company policies, procedures, and standards, and that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks. Additionally, I maintain and enhance customer relations and communications, and handle any issues or complaints that arise. Some of the skills that I use and develop in this role are process improvement, employee training, customer service, and leadership.
