People say I ask great questions that really get them thinking, and stir their sense of purpose and direction. Leaders and churches value my passion for Jesus and seeing his kingdom come, my pastoral heart, strategic thinking and ability to visioneer systems and structure, and then my follow through with teams to see fruitful wins realized. I love to engage leaders and teams to bring clarity to who they are, why they exist, and where they're going. My great joy is in serving leaders and the organizations they serve toward who and what they are made to be. I have extensive experience in small, mid-sized and larger churches and organizations developing capacity and visioneering (=vision+implementing) with leaders and teams.
