In a career now spanning over 35 years, I have woven three threads through a wide variety of industries and business cultures- Process Improvement (business process optimization, Six Sigma, SaaS implementations and others)- Project Management - Technical Writing Career stints include 8+ years of independent consulting, where I focused on helping small-to-medium sized companies realize the benefits of SaaS and process improvement programs, manage and optimize operations and productivity, improve efficiency and minimize waste. Other career stints include 8+ years in high-tech and a continuing string of corporate and independent writing endeavors.
