About Tim Dube

Throughout my life and twenty-three years in the Air Force, I have constantly encountered challenges and opportunities that have refined my skills as a leader, manager, and member of several driven, high-performing teams. I’ve participated in Katrina Hurricane Relief, the liberation of Bosnia from ethnic cleansing, and the first humanitarian effort in Afghanistan via airdrop; I served as the maintenance manager at the first-ever joint NATO and Partnership for Peace airlift coalition and created the multi-national C-17 training courses. These unique, life-changing experiences have afforded rare opportunities to grow and excel; I hope to continue on this path with a company that focuses on high standards of quality and promotes leadership and followership at all levels. In return, I will bring the same determination, enthusiasm, and commitment I have always dedicated to my various roles as airman and leader and foster the same characteristics in my team. Regardless of where my professional journey decides to take me next, I’m confident that the future is bright.
