About Tim Eagan

Tim Eagan is an award-winning Executive Chef out of Saint Louis, Missouri. As a former restaurant/bar owner, Chef Tim has a wealth of experience in business management, including: overhead management, food cost management, labor costs, and much more. The quality and presentation of the food at his establishment has been praised by multiple St Louis publications. While he decided to move on to the corporate hospitality industry in 2012, Chef Tim retained his passion for delicious, elegantly served dishes and the business aspect of his industry. Shortly after taking over the kitchen of the DoubleTree By Hilton as Executive Chef, Chef Tim brought food and labor costs to an all-time low for the property while raising scores on Customer Satisfaction surveys. Chef Tim's ambition and dedication are what got him to where he is today. He is passionate about the food industry and strives for perfection with everything he does. The goal of multiple property management over food & beverage is what drives Chef Tim to do his absolute best. In his spare time, Tim enjoys remodeling his home, and trying out the latest and greatest food venues in St Louis.
